VANRATH are delighted to be working with a highly innovative manufacturing organisation for the appointment of a commercially astute Finance Manager. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for developing the finance function and take ownership of the monthly reporting including cost management & profitability analysis.About you

• Part Qualified/NQ Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
• Strong MS Excel skills and SAGE 200 experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

What you’ll do

• Responsible for financial reporting, provide quality financial analysis, insightful commentaries to the leadership team.
• Specific responsibility for production of monthly management accounts and support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audits.
• Monthly reporting to Board of Directors.
• Support leadership team with daily operational queries.
• Produce & report on project profitability.
• Ad hoc analysis and provision of financial advice as required to support leadership team, decision-making and monitoring of financial performance.
• Cost and inventory management
• Management of financial regulatory reporting
• Management of the on-site finance team
• Management of group company annual audit
• Consolidation of monthly and annual accounts
