Finance Officer – National Position

• Maintain accurate records, review reports, prepare for financial reviews, process cash requests, and assist with audits
• Collaborate on project budget development, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Adhere to donor regulations, identify & address financial risks, and participate in procurement committees
• Liaise with external partners, respond to inquiries, and provide financial guidance to colleagues
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices
• Work closely with finance and program teams to achieve organizational goals

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, in the NGO or INGO sector
• Fluent written and spoken in Arabic and English languages; Turkish is an asset
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and auditing practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
