About the Role
Join our team as an Finance Officer (Plan Management)! In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the needs of NDIS Plan Managed clients and providing essential finance operations support. As part of Casa Services, our NDIS Plan Management function is rapidly growing, with more than 500 clients to date.
As a Plan Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating payments to providers on behalf of NDIS participants. Your tasks will include processing invoices, accurately allocating NDIS Codes to ensure proper claims categorisation, and closely monitoring individual budgets.

- Relevant qualification in finance related studies or substantial experience in the field
- Demonstrated experience with working in a high-volume Accounts Receivable/Payable role.
- Ability to maintain positive and professional networks with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge & experience of the NDIS portal, NDIS Price Guide and Support catalogue is highly regarded.
- Previous work experience in, or exposure to, the disability sector is highly regarded.
- Have strong values and are looking to make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability in Central Australia
- A completed NDIS worker screening clearance is essential for this role.

- Base Salary Range from $85,120.36 – $91,586.56
