Financial Administrator

Your job at SEAUTON

As a financial administrator, the team and clients count on you for coordinating the financial and administrative follow up of the associations and PCO projects together with the project managers and the accounting team.

This includes -for example: 

  • Invoices creation and close follow up on payments.
  • Reporting of status of incomes and expenses of PCO projects and associations to the operational team.
  • Follow up and consolidation of the incomes of members and registrations.
  • Approval of budgets of PCO projects and associations
  • Liaising with external accounting agency and banks.
  • Filling and keeping reliable administrative files.
  • Translating figures and administrative questions to non-financial internal & external experts.
  • Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management.
  • Supporting with membership & registration management when quieter

Your profile

  • You have excellent organisational skills, you are multitasking and able to handle pressure
  • You are a team player and you are not afraid to take initiative.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced level)
  • You are able to translate figures and administrative questions to non-financial internal & external experts (vulgarize technical knowledge)
