This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has started their career in finance and is looking to make a move into a role like this. They are looking for somebody who is eager to learn, develop and work collaboratively in a team.As the Financial Analyst the main duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows:

• Supporting the Senior Financial Analyst in the production of weekly/monthly reporting.
• Assistance in the maintenance of financial data within the firm’s financial system.
• Providing administrative support for the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Providing support to the Head of Group Accountants and Group Accountant with ad hoc reporting requests
• Supporting wider projects and initiatives led by Global Finance team designed to enhance financial performance of the firm.

To be successful in this Financial Analyst role you must –

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Working knowledge of Aderant desired but not required.
• Working knowledge of SQL desired but not required.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative and a proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work produced
• Team player and flexible with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil financial information to colleagues in other departments of the business.
• Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within a legal/professional services environment.
