The Role
As our next Financial Capability and Intake Officer, you will assess clients presenting with financial difficulties identifying their need for either general information or referral; you will respond promptly by referring them to the appropriate services. With your skills and experience, you will be crucial in informing, educating and supporting our clients to build long-term capability to budget, manage their finances and make informed financial decisions.

Your Experience
To be eligible for this role, we seek a candidate who holds a Financial Counselling Diploma or a Diploma in Community Services.
You will be a person who brings not just formal expertise, but a genuine heart and your adept communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount, coupled with high levels of emotional intelligence with a demonstrated sensitivity and an ability to empathise while communicating ideas that may be perceived as challenging or complex.
