The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical assistance, support, and guidance to the PIPLS Project team and contribute to the successful implementation of the PIPLS Project component related to the enhancement of internal controls.

The assignment’s specific objective is to provide a technical assistance to the City of Banja Luka, City of Lukavac and the Ministry of Finance of Tuzla Canton in establishing the Financial Management and Control System (FUK), with an emphasis on a developing Business Process Maps.

Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the following tasks:

• Provide on-site mentoring support to establish Financial Management and Control System (FUK) in the City of Banja Luka, the City of Lukavac and the Ministry of Finance of Tuzla Canton
• Prepare Final report.
