Our commitment to the industry ensures that our multi-disciplinary Financial Services Group consists of highly specialised professionals with extensive financial services experience.
Our Regulatory Advisory practice supports a huge variety of financial services firms with all aspects of being regulated in the UK. We help our clients interpret and apply regulatory rules and address the regulators’ challenges, so that they meet expectations and generate good outcomes for their customers without compromising commercial success. You will work for clients in multiple sectors, including retail and commercial banking, consumer credit, financial advice and wealth management, insurance and asset management, as they pursue strategic initiatives and address all manner of regulatory challenges as they arise. You will work on a wide variety of projects, including on business models, governance and controls, risk management, prudential health, conduct risk, customer experience, Skilled Person reviews and redress and remediation.

A look into the role
As a Regulatory Analyst within our Regulatory practice, you will:
- Be part of assignment teams that investigate and analyse firms’ approaches to regulatory rules and challenges, including through meetings and other direct interactions
- Work for clients in multiple sectors, including retails and commercial banking, consumer credit, financial advice, wealth management, insurance and asset management addressing all manner of regulatory challenges.
- Work on a wide variety of projects, including business models, governance and controls, risk management, prudential health, conduct risk, customer experience, Skilled Person reviews, redress and remediation. Write high quality, professional presented reports
- Participate in the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to the client and discussing the implications and action points.
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Regulatory Analyst , the minimum criteria you’ll need is prior work experience in an accounting, law or FCA, PRA or PSR regulated firm or a regulator. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience in report writing
- Experience of using MS Excel and Word
