The infrastructure of Iron Mountain uniquely positions Crozier to handle diverse and non-traditional collections.THE ROLE…The Fine Art Warehouse Technician will be responsible for the handling, packing, and storage of fine art pieces within Crozier Fine Arts’ Hayes, Middlesex facility. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of art handling best practices, and a commitment to maintaining the safety and integrity of all artworks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…Preparing & Packing art works for storage or transportation.Organizing storage spaces as part of a team to ensure optimum efficiencies.Assisting with moving a variety of cases in and around a warehouse and unloading vehicles when required.Ensure checks are carried out on all goods received into the warehouse and recorded on the appropriate systems.Ensure Warehouse cleanliness is maintained.Be vigilant with security procedures and immediately report any areas of concern.Ensure health and safety measures are observed at all times, including proper use of machinery, and PPE.Ensure photographic evidence is provided for any damages or faults.Install artworks in viewing rooms and assist with viewingsCondition reporting of artworksYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEHandling of fragile high value goodsFamiliarity with Aviation Security Procedures and Practices (Training will be provided)Fork lift truck license advantageousExperience within the art industry, advantageousExperience in art installations, advantageousExperience in condition reporting of artworks, advantageousWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Be part of an ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovationA support system where you have a safe place to voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your true authentic selfGlobal connectivity to learn from teammates who share your passion for art.Competitive Total Reward offerings to support your career at Iron Mountain, family, personal wellness, financial wellbeing, and retirementOur clients come from all walks of life, and so do we.
