16 weeksWe are working with a well respected construction contractor who are approaching the final stages of a prestigious new build development in Wetherby.We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join the Leadership Team to ensure the project is delivered to highest standard and client specification.The Role

• Oversee finishing trades including joinery, plastering, painting/decorating, flooring, M&E final fix and snagging
• Ensure all finishes meet the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Manage daily site activity, resolving issues and coordinating subcontractors to stay on programme
• Conduct regular snagging and de-snagging inspections, working closely with site management and client teams
• Liaise with the site manager, project manager, and specialist trades to maintain programme momentum.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies

Expected salary

£230 – 250 per day
