Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer required for our client, a leading business with 25 years’ experience within the industry, who design, install and maintain Fire & Security systems focusing on the commercial sector, covering retail, facilities management, education, hospitality, private sector, logistics & warehouses.You will be covering works across London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire and based in a commutable distance to St Albans.Fire Commissioning Engineer Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
• Paid door to door (hourly rate)
• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm – 40hr)
• 25 days + 8BH (1 day extra, up to 30 Days & a further 5 days after 10 years)

Fire Commissioning Engineer Job OverviewYou will be the day-to-day onsite and technical lead within the operations team, focusing on servicing, fault finding, reactive calls and commissioning of fire alarm systems. The size of system can range between standalone 20 device systems to 500+ device systems with multiple networked panels.

• To support, mentor and train team members
• Provide a reliable, quality and professional service to the clients
• Provide technical support to all internal and external stakeholders

Fire Commissioning Engineer Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Within 25 miles of St Albans.
• Experience servicing, fault finding and commissioning a wide range of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Knowledge of core Alarm Systems & Products: Gent, Advanced, Ziton, Morley, Kentec
• Knowledge of Air sampling, suppression and smoke ventilation systems (beneficial)
