We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor who has experience with Fire Safety work to work for a Local Authority Council.Building Surveyor – Fire Safety
Duration: 3 – 6 Months Initially (extensions possible)
Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35) D.O.E
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working Arrangement based in the MidlandsThe Council property portfolio includes an exciting mix of high- and low-rise blocks alongside traditional dwellings.You will be responsible for the delivery of external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across the stock in accordance with the organisations fire risk management strategy which include cladding refurbishment.If this role sounds like something you could assist with, please let me know and I will happily have a conversation regarding rate and organisationIf you are interested in the role, we would love to hear from you!
