The fisheries and aquaculture assistant extension professor will be responsible for providing outreach and applied research on fisheries and aquaculture for the Minnesota Sea Grant Program. Preferred candidates will have experience and knowledge in fisheries and aquaculture as well as outreach and extension. In addition to working with Sea Grant and extension staff in Minnesota and across the Great Lakes region, this person will also work with state, federal, and tribal agencies and the recreational, charter, and commercial fishing and aquaculture industries. A Master’s degree is required and this position is a permanent, 100% time, academic professional appointment with benefits.
