Fisheries Technician II – Field Crew

This Fisheries Technician II position works as part of a crew to implement projects on the Forrest, Oxbow, and Dunstan Conservation properties, as well as project work for the John Day Watershed Restoration Program on sites throughout the John Day River Basin. Work includes habitat enhancement projects, installation of spring developments, juniper felling and hand piling, tree planting for up to three months per year, control of noxious weeds using herbicides and mowers, barbed wire fence repair and construction, maintain and operate shop and field equipment.
