Open to remote UK applicants onlyAbout the RoleCompany DescriptionAt Booked Boutique we’re all about helping Boutique Fitness Gyms and Studios to thrive by bringing more people through their doors.Our mission is simple: let our Clients focus on what they do best – providing an amazing in-person experience – while we’ve got their backs by taking care of all their Sales tasks.We handle all the inbound enquiries, connecting with prospective new members through phone, email, Whatsapp and SMS.All leads are warm enquiries, no cold calling and with our Sales philosophy based on Exercise Psychology, we’re not salesly, we’re here to motivate people into action and ensure we respond to their interest fast!Role DescriptionPicture yourself working remotely for our Virtual Contact Centre. Your main mission? Respond quickly to inbound leads from the Clients assigned to you. We’re all about speed, so you’ll aim to make that first contact call (through a CRM) within 10 minutes of each lead coming in. As well as carrying out calldrives and followup calls.During these calls, enthusiasm and genuine interest in the person making the enquiry will be key. We’re passionate about our Clients and the services they offer, so you’ll bring that knowledge and spark to every conversation.Conducting a thorough needs analysis, you’ll follow our Call Flow and Scripts to identify goals, importance, timeframe and previous barriers before carrying out the appropriate call-to-action for each client, closing the deal in a single interaction!Required Attributes / ExperienceExperienced Sales person – 2+ years of demonstrable success within Telesales or Fitness SalesRemote UK worker – a good setup with stable internet and a quiet place to workReliability and diligence – equally happy working under direction or being left to smash through a call listTenacity and enthusiasm – a recognition that the first conversation is key – you will be great at building rapport quickly and being comfortable to push for everything to be completed within that first conversationDon’t worry, full training and scripts will be provided to set you up for success.
