About the opportunity

Wellways are looking for a new team member to join our Corporate Services team as a Fleet Business Partner for Victoria and Tasmania.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for supporting the business in achieving its strategic and operational goals through the effective implementation and ongoing development of Wellways’ Fleet Management Strategy. Your day to day accountabilities will include contract management, quality improvement, service delivery performance, service development and evaluation, financial performance as well as overall effective allocation of resources.

This is your opportunity to bring your leadership and stakeholder management skills in a role where you would be actively contributing to improving effective use or organisation funds available for the delivery of services to the community by providing cost effective, quality, sound fleet management principles to internal and external stake holders.

What do you need?

  • Degree level business qualifications (extensive experience in like role will be considered in lieu of educational qualifications)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in leading a team delivering Fleet services to a national organisation
  • Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake some travel
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check and Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion certificate
