Float Interventionist

The role of the Float Interventionist is to execute intervention plans developed and supervised by BCBAs / OTs / SLPs to clients in care of Monarch House. The Float Interventionist may work within an interdisciplinary team to support skill acquisition and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors while providing an engaging and positive client experience in a fast paced and frequently changing environment. The Float Interventionist is primarily responsible for ensuring adequate client coverage at all times for reasons such as but not limited to absent BIs / OTAs / SLPAs conflicts due to family or team meetings, training workshops, lunch coverage and general staff shortages.Job setting: Center-basedWeekly Schedule:Monday – on call
