Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of a FIA Crew Member
  • Ensure safe working practices and foster productive team development
  • Administer performance ratings, assign work, and handle crew administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with USFS FIA liaisons to meet production and quality benchmarks
  • Lead annual training for the certification of CSFS FIA personnel
