The Forestry and Natural Resources Specialist will be part of World Tree’s Operations Department in the Southeast U.S., playing a pivotal role visiting Paulownia tree farms and tree nurseries, and working with our partner farmers to provide technical advice, gather data, monitor progress and develop action plans for improving results.
The Specialist will work with our team to engage future potential farmer partners and evaluate potential farm sites to add to our growing list of farms.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Required Skills/Abilities
Education
BS in Forestry, Agronomy, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Horticulture, or related field from an accredited university. Open to exceptional candidates without a degree who have outstanding work experience in a related field.
Preferred Experience/Skills/Abilities

Pay Range: $40,000 to $50,000
Reporting to: Manager of U.S. Forestry Operations
Location: Must live in Florida, Georgia or Alabama
Duration: Permanent
Required Travel: Auto travel in the Southeast U.S.
