About FEAM:

FEAM, representing 24 national Academies of Medicine, aims to provide the best scientific advice for European biomedical policy. The FEAM European Biomedical Policy Forum facilitates discussions on key policy issues within the biomedical community.

Key Responsibilities:

The Forum Policy Officer will focus on policy projects, supporting the FEAM European Biomedical Policy Forum and assisting in administration. Key tasks include developing the policy program, organizing internal and public events, establishing contacts with potential partners, and managing consultation processes. Responsibilities also cover monitoring policy issues, providing updates, and supporting administrative tasks for the FEAM secretariat.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have 1-2 years of EU policy experience, preferably in biomedical policy, with a degree in political sciences, law, or biomedical sciences (PhD is an asset). Strong organizational and event management skills, along with clear communication abilities in English (second EU language is a plus), are required. Experience in a multi-cultural environment and familiarity with European membership-based organizations are advantageous.
