About the Company:Investigo are exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services. Their operations cover numerous countries and the business employs over 2,000 people across multiple branches. Our client is private equity backed and are looking to continue their rapid growth plans. Due to this growth, they are now looking to recruit a FP&A Analyst to join the already high calibre finance team.The newly created role will play a key part in driving the growth of the UK business by delivering timely, accurate and insightful information to decision-makers in the business. The role will support a broad range of Executive-level stakeholders in delivering a comprehensive set of outputs that track the performance of financial and other measures essential for the success of the business.Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly flash of financial performance and supporting measures to relevant stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO and members of the Executive Team.
• Prepare monthly finance review packs for the various areas of business, including variance analysis, performance insights, monitoring latest risks and opportunities and presenting to stakeholders.
• Detailed analysis of margin performance including volume and mix drivers, for example by product, sector, branch and other parameters.
• Monthly submission of latest results to Group Finance.
• Support in preparation of monthly Performance Review pack.
• Support in delivery of the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes.
• Update and maintain the latest pricing tool.
• Support on financial modelling of proposed initiatives as and when they arise.
• Respond to other ad hoc requests from the Finance team or wider business.

Qualifications:Newly Qualified – up to 1 years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Fast paced industry experience such as Retail, FMCG or B2B Services in a high growth environmentPrevious experience in FP&A and or Business Partnering essential

Expected salary

£55000 – 65000 per year
