The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department within the business services industry by providing financial insights and analysis to aid decision-making. This permanent role is based in Manchester and offers an exciting opportunity for those with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial planning.The key responsibilities of an FP&A Analyst will include:
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets for key stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Utilise financial systems and tools to extract, analyse, and present data effectively.

- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems and tools such as Excel or equivalent software.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
