Fraud Dispute & Chargeback Analyst
Location:NorthamptonDuration: 3 months + extensionsFraud processes and system experience especially in the area of chargeback and dispute is required.

• Understanding of Banks Dispute and Chargeback processes and similar processes as related to schemes mandates is required.
• Ability to create and design processes to meet business need to support card scheme launch is required
• Document and analyse workflows, systems and data points used in the business
• Scope business goals in cooperation with Fraud Risk & Analytics team and plan steps to achieve them
• Work with System BA’s to create chargeback and Dispute process requirements for card schemes and Assist with the implementation and support of related systems.
• Awareness of PEGA Smart Dispute processes is desirable though not mandatory
