Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential funding opportunities.
- Develop well-crafted grant proposals and funding applications.
- Manage grant processes, including tracking deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with BCT staff to ensure effective fund allocation and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of grant regulations and funding processes.
Essential Qualities:
- A committed Christian with a passion for advocating for marginalized children.
