FREELANCER GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Freelance Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that communicate the brand’s message and support marketing objectives. This role focuses on developing a wide range of design materials, including logos, social media graphics, brochures, websites, and print ads. The designer will work to ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity, deliver high-quality visual content, and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

Design Creation:

• Develop high-quality designs for a variety of marketing materials, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, websites, and print advertisements.
• Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with the organization’s message and marketing goals.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive visual identity throughout all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with current campaigns and business objectives.

Design Adaptation:

• Adapt designs for different mediums, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various formats, ensuring functionality and responsiveness across devices.

Feedback & Revisions:

• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on client or team input.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and deliver final assets within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media, including social media platforms, websites, and print collateral.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
