Job Title: French Speaking Business Advisor
Location: Lichfield (hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

If so, we want to hear from you!We are currently looking for a French Speaking Business Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, helping prospective franchisees embark on their journey to success. This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to work in a thriving environment with significant career progression potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on leads generated primarily through social media channels to identify potential franchisees.
• Screen potential candidates over the phone to ensure they are a suitable fit for setting up their own business.
• Provide support throughout the franchisee journey, including contract generation, financial advice, and logistics related to product offerings.
• Maintain strong communication with prospective candidates, guiding them through every stage of the process.
• Manage a high volume of calls, so a professional and clear telephone manner is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native French speaker is essential for this role.
• A background in banking, insurance, or legal is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
• Ability to travel regularly to Lichfield for in-office days (hybrid working arrangement).
• Motivated and hardworking with a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is a plus.
