We are looking for a Frontline Rostering Officer to work in Casino, NSW. This fast-paced role will manage the rosters for several services and will be key to ensuring our disability support services run efficiently. We are looking for an immediate start for a period of 7 months.

About the role
In this role, some of the key responsibilities include:
- Create and manage Master Rosters and coordinating day-to-day rostering requirements across sites.
- Directing and allocating resources as directed by the operation managers, ensuring business processes have been followed and exceptions manage.
- Escalating any shifts that are unable to be filled and/or service issues within appropriate time frames and procedures.
- Ensuring the information in Rostering System are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Working closely with Service Managers to optimise workforce planning and cost effectiveness.
About you
- Rostering / scheduling / workforce planning experience.
- Knowledge of rostering systems, HR practices and award principles.
- Knowledge and application of Workforce Management Software systems, reporting capabilities, management of queues and activity routing/overflow.
- Ability to build and maintain trust and confidence of stakeholders through building rapport, consistent performance and delivering on services.
- Demonstrated customer focused communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Advanced computer literacy e.g., MS Office and Excel.
