Job Description:

As a Full-Stack Marketer with The Vegan Gym, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly under the guidance of our CEO, alongside our Sales and Creative Directors. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from crafting compelling copy and building effective marketing funnels to executing sophisticated media buying strategies across multiple platforms. Your work will not only contribute to our company’s growth but also spread the message of veganism, which will help people while saving animals and our planet! ❤️

To qualify for this position, you MUST:

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Copywriting: Demonstrated ability in crafting compelling marketing copy across various formats, including ads, newsletters, landing pages, and more.
• Funnel Building: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing funnels that effectively guide users from awareness to conversion.
• Media Buying: Knowledge of and experience with running, testing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Pinterest). While prior media buying experience across all these platforms is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and master these skills is essential. In this position, we will give you exclusive access to a top-tier media buying course for training.
• Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, email marketing software, and content management systems.
• SEO: Understanding of basic SEO principles and how to apply them to increase visibility and traffic.

Compensation:

This is a performance-based role with unlimited performance bonuses and a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 USD that reflects your experience.

Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $50,000+ annually for exceeding targets, with a guaranteed minimum of $20,000 for meeting baseline objectives.
