Who are we looking for? We are looking for a C#/.Net Technical Lead to perform a variety of challenging tasks in a demanding leadership role. The job will require 30% design, 20% development, and 50% management. Technical Lead reports to Manager designated by Director of Application Development or Director of Application Development.· Technical Skills:o .Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0, .Net Core C#o Client , SQL databaseso Security Guidelineso expertise with:o ASP.Net – C#, knowledge of .NET coreo WCFo SQL Servero SSIS, SSRSo Microsoft Azureo Reporting & Analysis Serviceso Agile/Scrumo Client or MS SQLo WCF, LINQ, & XML, Web APIo Angular JS, Angular 8, 9o Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems:o encoding, testing, debugging and installingo Systems Architecture/Infrastructureo Application Architecture Designo codes software applicationso oversees testingo develops fixeso uses Design Patternso knows relational databaseso practices client-server conceptso multithreading concepts (preferred)o asynchronous communications (preferred)· Key responsibilities: Aggressive Field Leadero drives projects to completiono works under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlineso Relies on good judgment to plan/accomplish goalso identifies current operating procedureso outline project objectives and planso analyze project requirementso collaborate with managemento write technical specifications/documentationo trend reporting analysiso metrics managemento manage applications in the production environmento troubleshoot application issueso· Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Education· Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Engineering· Process Skills:o clarifies program objectiveso writes/reviews manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedureso keeps up to date with emerging applications, technologies, and standards in the fieldo understands scopeo thinks through process requirementso provides solutions to projects with a keen sense of creativityo addresses changing business requirementso Involved Team Player:o directs development teams to achieve optimal performanceo leads/coordinates development activities, solution elaboration, and implementation processo issues resolution among developerso coordinates with DBA in creating stored procedures, functions and table designso willing to provide hands-on supporto delegates project tasks to offshore developerso communicates with (non) Technical Teams· Behavioral Skills:o 10+ years in Software Development/lifecycleso managed complex projects as a leading specialist in the fieldo supported internal business requirements and external customerso practiced best concepts and procedures in the fieldo supported organization’s application systemso contributed consultation in team settingo applied iterative development approaches to delivering quality software· Qualification:· What’s in for you?· About the practice/ Project:
