Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and lead the evolution of our platform. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on society through a high-visibility, purpose-driven project.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Use Django and Python to develop new features and optimise platform performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other developers to enhance platform functionality.
- Bug Fixes & Security: Identify and resolve issues, ensuring platform stability and security.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for features and updates.
- Intranet Setup: Design and maintain a simple intranet for resource and document sharing within ECSA.
- IT Oversight: Manage essential IT infrastructure, including email systems, data storage, and basic backups, ensuring team productivity and data reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Django and Python.
- Full-stack development experience (front-end & back-end frameworks, databases).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Very good proficiency in English.
