Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and lead the evolution of our platform. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on society through a high-visibility, purpose-driven project.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Use Django and Python to develop new features and optimise platform performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other developers to enhance platform functionality.
• Bug Fixes & Security: Identify and resolve issues, ensuring platform stability and security.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for features and updates.

• Intranet Setup: Design and maintain a simple intranet for resource and document sharing within ECSA.
• IT Oversight: Manage essential IT infrastructure, including email systems, data storage, and basic backups, ensuring team productivity and data reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Django and Python.
• Full-stack development experience (front-end & back-end frameworks, databases).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Very good proficiency in English.
