The Integrated Studies Program at the University of Pennsylvania seeks to appoint a full-time Lecturer beginning in the Fall, 2024. The initial appointment will be for one year with the possibility of renewal for up to an additional two years, contingent upon a satisfactory performance review and approval of the Dean. Employee benefits are provided. Responsibilities include: leading seminar sections consisting of first-year undergraduate students, grading and commenting on written work, and contributing to the overall intellectual life of the program. A PhD is expected by the time of appointment. We are especially interested in candidates whose work is interdisciplinary and who have prior experience with interdisciplinary teaching across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
