This is a full-time remote Fundraiser Manager role. The Fundraiser Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing fundraising initiatives to meet the organization’s financial goals. The role involves identifying prospective donors, building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, organizing fundraising events or campaigns, and preparing compelling grant proposals. The Fundraiser Manager will also track donor contributions, report on fundraising progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fund development with the company’s mission and objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Fundraising Strategy and Campaign Planning.
  • Excellent Networking, Relationship-Building, and Donor Engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Research and Report Writing, including grant proposals.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills to convey the organizational mission and impact.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in fundraising or a related field. A passion for conservation or environmental initiatives is highly desirable.
