We need to create a wilder Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Wildlife is in freefall both locally
and nationally and, to get nature on the road to recovery, we need everyone to take action.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate administrator to join our friendly and
enthusiastic Marketing & Fundraising team. This person will support the Trust’s fundraising
efforts, ensuring a professional and efficient approach to our work to generate income and
steward our supporters. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative, data,
financial and stewardship support for our team, helping us to maintain our excellent levels of
supporter care.
We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills to provide
exceptional customer service for our supporters, with the ability to handle various
administration and data processing tasks on a daily basis.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A proven track record of both inbound and outbound communications with customers.
- Sound knowledge of good customer service processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrable evidence of openness to change, flexibility and a willingness to learn new
ways of doing things.

This role will be based at our office in Curdridge, however, we are happy to accommodate a
hybrid working routine, and discuss a pattern of work which suits the candidate. This role is
part time, 21 hours per week. Traditionally, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an
hour lunch break. However, many of our staff work flexibly and we are happy to consider
flexible working hours for the right candidate.
