Background

 Aims of the organisation

As a dynamic youth service organisation with an ecumenical focus, the Young Men’s Christian Association Sierra Leone (YMCA-SL) has broad access to the youth population in both rural and urban areas.

The professional’s place of residence is Freetown. The location is currently not advisable for families with small children.

  • The review of the current revenue generating YMCA-SL business units (Restaurant, Youth Hostel, Fitness Club) and optimisation of the marketing strategy.

You will report directly to the Secretary General of YMCA-SL.

  • Passing on knowledge e.g. in workshops is part of your repertoire.
  • Your enjoyment of creative work in a team and your intercultural sensitivity qualify you to diplomatically accompany change processes.
