What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager. This is an exciting newly created position that will play a pivotal role in implementing a new growth plan. Utilise your skills in all things fundraising and join us in our vision to end poverty, promote justice and uphold dignity for all.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Implementing diverse fundraising strategies for income goals and supporter loyalty.
  • Developing acquisition plans, including reactivation and upgrades of regular givers.
  • Driving fundraising campaigns using data-driven approaches for performance metrics.
  • Creating innovate fundraising initiatives based on industry trends and practices.
  • Ensuring all activity is compliant with relevant legislation and industry standards, and ensuring the team is aware of these requirements.

Who are we looking for?

For this role, we are seeking a dynamic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, who is committed to making a difference in the world. The successful candidate will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing successful fundraising renewal, retention and acquisition programs that display revenue growth, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Experience with donor profiling, segmentation, and supporter journeys.
  • Experience with Cash Appeals and/or Regular Giving is desirable.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse information and trends to develop and implement innovative and practical solutions that respond to organisational needs.
  • Sound project and time management skills.
