- SCHADS Level 7, $113,131 (plus super and salary packaging)
Role Purpose
The Fundraising Lead will play a key role in co-ordinating the development and implementation of fundraising and engagement for Good Shepherd Australia and New Zealand’s community fundraising program. This will include sourcing, developing, and managing a portfolio of community fundraisers inspiring them to achieve their goals and generate income for GSANZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fundraising plans consistent with Good Shepherd’s fundraising strategy and organisational strategy.
- Lead the execution of fundraising activities, including campaigns, appeals, community fundraising activities, events and donor engagement.
- Work as part of a broader team of Audacity Centre to ensure fundraising has access to Good Shepherd, channels, audiences and brand opportunities and that fundraising complies with the requirements of the GSANZ Brand Policy and brand guidelines.
- Provide analysis and reports on fundraising activities to demonstrate the performance of tactics and the fundraising strategy.
Ensure funding acquittals and reporting obligations are met across all funding sources.
About you
- Qualification in communications, business, public relations or related field.
- Demonstrated outstanding communications skills and experience in a for-purpose or impact-driven organisation.
- Demonstrated significant experience managing a donor database in Raiser’s Edge NXT or directly compatible experience with another major CRM-based digital fundraising platform.
- Experience managing a fundraising budget, including, forecasting and reporting.
- Event, digital and video production experience.
