The Fundraising Manager – Individual and Regular Giving plays an integral role in developing, implementing and evaluating direct marketing and community fundraising programs and activities. The role is responsible for direct marketing and community fundraising activities.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising you will:

  • Develop and implement fundraising appeals utilising direct marketing channels including direct mail, edms and telephone and prepare detailed internal briefs, and coordinate campaign activity, in collaboration with the marketing team, including website updates, social media activity to support the delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Develop & deliver stewardship and communication plans for donors and retain and expand relationships with existing donors incorporating mail, email and event touch points – for RG and IG programmes.
  • Set, monitor and report on targets across the RG and IG program – including ongoing tracking of income and expenditure against budgets.
  • Work closely with the Fundraising Database Manager to implement data segmentation strategies and prepare data extractions and analysis to create reports & dashboards that will measure key regular giving metrics, analyse results & identify trends.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Previous experience in direct and digital marketing in a role with income-generating responsibility, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing multi-channel supporter/customer journeys, loyalty and building lifetime value.
  • The ability to develop and actively manage highly productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent would be desirable.
