Your impact
Take the reins of Queensland’s fundraising and operations! You’ll drive dynamic partnerships with key donors and philanthropists while leading a passionate team of Regional Coordinators and Youth Workers to make a transformative impact.
The role
The role efficiently oversees and coordinates operations within the State and designated regions. It is about striking a balance between strategic vision and practical execution, driving growth and effectiveness while navigating the unique challenges of the local landscape.
Specifically, you will:
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with other organisations to enhance the organisation’s offerings or reach
- Achieve the annual budget including all income targets across schools, government, philanthropy, and community fundraising
- Complete all required reporting and updates to the organisation’s leadership team and board
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment and ensure team members feel valued, respected, and motivated to contribute their best
The Fundraising & Operations Manager position is known internally as the Queensland State Manager.

What you bring
You possess a natural talent for engaging and inspiring others to champion the cause of Top Blokes, rallying support from diverse stakeholders. With extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, you have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding donation and grant targets.
In addition, your leadership skills are demonstrated through having successfully guiding high-performing teams, while your exceptional oral and written communication abilities ensure clear and persuasive messaging.
