G Class Delivery Driver

Atlas Foods, a leader in food distribution in Ottawa is expanding and is looking for a G CLASS Truck Driver to service Ottawa and the surrounding areas. We are growing…and hiring. Come join us!

Main Responsibilities:

→Knowledge of the greater Ottawa area

→Completing deliveries and picking up returned items from clients

→Inspect trucks on a daily basis as per federal standards

→Collecting receipts and other related paperwork and submitting them to the warehouse manager at the end of every shift

→Cleaning the cab area of the truck as well as sweeping the box area of the truck

→ Determine placement of merchandise, follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conduct safety reviews.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

→G CLASS 

Skills:

→Excellent communication and organizational skills.

→Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

→Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.

→Highly responsible and reliable.

→Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
