The GM reports to the Board of Directors, which is composed of family members, who in turn report to the shareholders (all family members). The GM currently has three direct reports – the Assistant General Manager, the Planning Officer and the Assistant Manager.  The staff team currently includes 5 permanent staff and up to 5 seasonal staff (at any one time).

Salary will be in the range of £33k to 43.5k plus accommodation allowance, where appropriate, subject to profit levels being achieved and depending on skill & experience of the individual.
