A team of approximately 200 dedicated staff based around the state work together to deliver award-winning quality aged and disability (NDIS) home care services, enabling people to thrive at home with dignity.

about the role
Reporting to the Acting CEO, the newly created position of General Manager, Aged Care will be responsible for the leadership and all operations relating to CCT Aged Care and NDIS Care programs. This includes strategy, quality and clinical care, compliance and aged care, human resources, finance and communication. This role works collaboratively as part of the Executive Leadership Team to meet CCT strategic directions.
Based at CCT’s modern new office in Launceston, this role presents an opportunity to work in a broad and diverse role, focussed on the delivery of quality services to clients.
about you
The successful candidate will have proven experience at senior management level with preferable experience and demonstrated success in fields related to Aged Care, Community Care or Clinical Care.
Well-developed leadership, mentoring, change management and negotiation skills will be required, along with high level communication, strategic and relationship building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as a high-performance team, supporting the Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals will be critical to this role.
