The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and being part of the ELT, in this newly created, influential role you will provide leadership and oversight with respect to:
- Service processes and operations.
- Clinical practice.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion.
- Lifting the overall participant experience.
- Driving service innovation and growth.
The Person:
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
- Direct experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing and leading change across a client services portfolio, preferably in an NDIS-funded environment.
- The ability to inspire, ensure accountability and set agreed performance objectives with teams and utilise strong analytical skills to monitor organisational performance.
- Strong financial skills and demonstrated experience in managing budgets across multiple service lines.
The Offer:
A senior executive base salary plus superannuation, commensurate with experience, is offered. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging and flexible working arrangements are available.
