New organisational design has created a number of leadership opportunities to advance and deliver a bold agenda through new paradigms, fresh, critical thinking and innovative operating models.
The Role
Against a backdrop of significant organisational growth and entering our next stage of evolution, we require a key HR leader and trusted advisor to:
- Support strategy execution through focus, clear communication to key stakeholders, accountability mapping, workforce readiness to amplify our impact.
- Shape and lead a progressive Human Resources portfolio that is fit for purpose and culturally aligned.
- Support the implementation of a new operating and organisational model predicated on collaboration, accountability and interdependencies working with key stakeholders.
Balancing strategic and core HR activity, you will stand up our People strategy as a key enabler and ensure delivery of exemplar HR service provision and business partnering for a great people experience (individuals, leaders).
You will inspire, lead and contribute to organisation-wide capability development and culture to deliver the desired transformative change for Good Shepherd to grow and thrive.
About You
- An accomplished HR executive (10+ years’ experience) in a complex/multi-faceted service delivery environment preferably in For Purpose
- Proven track record in HR strategy development with wide-ranging HR portfolio experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop a fit for purpose HR function, infrastructure, and service capability
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organisational and culturally aligned HR initiatives and plans with measurable outcomes
- Strategic thinker with outstanding facilitation skills
- Recognised HR leader who inspires, builds and shapes great HR teams
- Insightful, analytical, problem solver and decision maker
- Comfortably adept to respond to ambiguity and adaptive
- Credible, engaging communicator with demonstrated ability to forge effective stakeholder relationships and partnerships
- Humble, curious and self-aware
- Recognised tertiary qualification – Bachelor or Masters level in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related.
