About the role
Join our team as the catalyst for Aboriginal leadership growth and organisational excellence! As the General Manager of Leadership and Capacity Building, you will spearhead the empowerment of Aboriginal leaders within CatholicCare NT. Collaborating closely with the General Manager of Operations, you’ll champion service excellence and ensure that CCNT delivers impactful outcomes.
Your primary focus will be nurturing and advancing the careers of our Aboriginal staff, fostering their satisfaction and professional growth. Building meaningful connections and partnerships with Aboriginal individuals, communities, and ACCOs will be at the heart of your role, aligning with CCNT’s strategic vision and mission.
Take the helm in driving our Reconciliation Action Plan and leading the Aboriginal Advisory Group, while wielding significant governance influence as an Executive member of CCNT. If you’re ready to make a tangible difference and lead transformative change, we want to hear from you!
