You will lead, direct and co-ordinate a high quality, safe, effective, and efficient service provision to meet the needs of patients, their carers and families.Reporting directly to the Care Group Deputy Director, you will be a senior leader in the care unit, spanning all areas of operational activity, providing strategic support to the Clinical Director and oversee delivery of service development and improvement. You are responsible for ensuring and strengthening partnership working and collaborative integration with partnership agencies.You will lead on the commissioning and securing of funding to support the development of service, in addition to leading on developing models of service delivery with Commissioners, users and carers that reflect national policy and local need.About usNottinghamshire Healthcare employs over 10,000 colleagues who help #MakeADifference every day.
