THE ORGANISATION
Our client is recognised as a national leader in its field for providing specialist trauma focused mental health and wellbeing services and diverse community capacity building programs to some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people within our community. They are primarily government funded and offer state-wide services in metropolitan, regional and rural areas.
THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
Reporting to the CEO, the GM Practice Excellence is responsible for leading initiatives and processes designed to build practice excellence across all of the organisation’s service lines. This includes leadership and oversight of quality improvement initiatives related to ensuring the highest possible standards in service provision in close collaboration with senior leaders, practice development across the organisation, sector training, as well as driving the analysis of performance through best practice health information management and service performance and evaluation.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in the mental health and wellbeing sector as a senior manager and clinician.
- Extensive experience in developing, analysing and reporting on mental health and wellbeing outcome data for the purpose of service quality improvement.
- Extensive experience in the development and delivery of professional learning and training in working with complex trauma.
- Sophisticated expertise in complex clinical and psychosocial assessments, case planning and counselling and advocacy responses to people with complex trauma experiences.
- Worked collaboratively and strategically as a member of a senior executive team
- Leadership experience in driving innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Relevant post-grad qualifications.
THE OFFER
This role is offered on a permanent basis at a salary of circa $175K, plus statutory superannuation, and 17.5% annual leave loading. In addition, you will be able to access attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550, and novated car leasing options.
