About your new role
This is an exciting new role responsible for delivering quality services to (consumers) guests experiencing mental health crisis presenting to Head to Health Darwin.
The GP role requires primary healthcare assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans within a recovery-oriented framework.
In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the guest and family and carers the GP will draw on their discipline skills to provide high quality assessments and intervention plans aimed at improving the mental health and physical health outcomes for guests accessing the service.

What you will bring to the role?
- Clinical Registration – you must have General AHPRA registration to be eligible to apply.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Must hold Indemnity Insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A valid Australian Driver’s License
- A valid Police Check
What the role requires
- National Criminal History Check (police check) – disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check – required before commencement of work
- Current drivers licence
- Australian working rights
