The UNDP Procurement Team is pleased to invite all prospective and existing suppliers to participate in a Supplier Training Session on the Quantum System. This session aims to strengthen suppliers’ understanding of the end-to-end procurement process within Quantum and will include a live demonstration covering:
- Supplier Registration in Quantum
- Bid Submission Process
- Bid Revision Procedures
- Overview of Evaluation Criteria and Compliance Requirements
The session is designed to support suppliers in submitting responsive and compliant bids and to enhance transparency and competitiveness in UNDP procurement processes.
