We are currently looking for a Generator Engineer to join our client in South London1Generator Service Engineer
£32,000 to £42,000 per annum + OT pay + door to door paid as overtime
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
PermanentWe are looking for a Generator Engineer to covider the South London area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business within the energy efficiency sector.This role will involve 2 to 3 calls ours per day, whether it is PPM or reactive maintenances and you will receive your schedule 3 weeks in advance. There is no on call rota as it is your chocie whether to pick up out of hours calls for addtional pay or not.Working away may be occasionally required.Benefits

What will the Generator Engineer be doing?

• PPM, remedial and reactive maintenance that will be scheduled 3 weeks in advance
• Servicing a wide range of generators from 10Kba – 2Mva size range
• Call outs occasionally required. If you are called out you will receive £250 call out bonus + time and ½ pay
• Attending 2 to 3 call outs per day

What we are look for in the Generator Engineer?

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience as generator service engineer or similar is essential
• Strong electrical engineering knowledge of LV power generation and distribution
• Practical knowledge of Comap/Deep Sea
• IT Literate
• Gas safe qualification desirable
• IEE 18th Edition desirable
• CSCS card is desired
